One Jiu-Jitsu is a reputed organisation that teaches martial arts across the South East of England. The daily practice of Jiu Jitsu is split into two halves. The first is that of learning from a coach, the second is the heightened intensity of grappling. That was the brief behind this video.

Captured in the heart of the City of London, this video captures what it is to be an artist at work, from the beginning of outlines of a sketch to the final touches of a masterpiece.
